Alpacas are not only cute and calming, they also make a valuable contribution to team dynamics. We coach teams in small groups of up to 10 participants, in partnership with Margo van de Brink of GoBrink coaching. We agree on the programme together; coffee, tea or lunch can be arranged.
Walking and working with alpacas outdoors creates a shared experience. Colleagues get to know each other in a new way.

Private alpaca walk
Walk with the alpacas through the woods for approx. 1.5 hours (2 to 12 people, aged 12 and over). €30.00 per person for groups of 3 or more. More about the alpaca walk near Nijmegen.
Picnic, lunch or sharing platter in the meadow
A luxury picnic among the alpacas, including homemade soup, rolls with sweet and savoury toppings, fresh fruit and unlimited coffee, tea and lemonade (1.5 hours, 2 to 12 people, €40.00 per person for groups of 3 or more). In bad weather we move the table into the barn.
Your own training or event on the farm
Organise your own workshop, training or team day at our farm, with space in the meadow or under the party tent and room for about 15 people at a time. Your guests can feed, stroke and photograph the alpacas. Read more under your own activity.
How it works
Choose the activity and your preferred date in the booking calendar. A walk or picnic is confirmed immediately. For coaching, team building or your own activity you send a request; we will contact you to agree on the programme and the price. Elshof Alpaca’s is at Hatertseweg 34 in Malden, on the main road between Nijmegen and Malden and easy to reach by public transport.

How many colleagues can come?
We run coaching and team building in small groups of up to 10 participants. A private walk or picnic is possible for up to 12 people, and for your own activity or training on the farm there is room for about 15 people at a time.
How much does a team outing with alpacas cost?
A private walk costs €30.00 per person for groups of 3 or more, and a picnic, lunch or sharing platter in the meadow €40.00 per person. For coaching, team building and your own activity, we agree on the programme and the price with you.
Can we have lunch or drinks as well?
Yes. You can book the picnic, lunch or sharing platter in the meadow, and for coaching or team building, coffee, tea or lunch can be arranged. We cannot guarantee catering for dietary requirements or allergies, but we are always happy to discuss it.
How do I request a team building session?
Choose ‘Coaching or team building’ and your preferred date in the booking calendar, and tell us briefly about your team. We will then contact you to agree on the programme and the price; once we have agreed on it together, your appointment is fixed.
