Why alpaca wool?
Soft, light and lanolin-free
The wool of our alpacas is first-class quality. Every year many walkers complete the Nijmegen Four Days Marches thanks in part to alpaca wool against blisters and pressure sores.
Lanolin-free
Alpaca wool is free of lanolin (wool grease), which makes it suitable for people with a wool-grease allergy.
100% natural product
Pure, unwashed wool from our own herd. Can be used dry and may contain traces of sand or straw.
Lightweight & thermoregulating
Naturally light, water-repellent and thermoregulating. Many times finer and softer than sheep’s wool.

Questions about ordering alpaca wool
How much alpaca wool do I need?
A 10-gram bag is enough for a few spots between the toes. Choose 20 grams for heels and big toes, and the 40-gram supply bag for several days of walking, such as the Four Days Marches.
What makes your alpaca wool different from anti-pressure wool at the chemist?
Our wool comes entirely from our own alpacas in Malden and is pure and lanolin-free, with no middlemen. You know exactly where it comes from, rather than an anonymous pack from a webshop or chemist.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We ship with PostNL as a letterbox parcel, usually within 1 to 3 working days inside the Netherlands. You can also collect the wool in Malden by appointment, with no shipping costs.
How can I pay?
You pay online straight away with iDEAL, Wero, Google Pay or Apple Pay. We ship your order once your payment comes through.
Can I return the wool?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period under the statutory right of withdrawal. As alpaca wool is a natural product, we ask that unused bags are returned unopened. You will find the full terms on our web shop terms page.
