Book your alpaca experience
Choose an experience, a free date and a time. Your booking goes straight into our calendar and you receive a confirmation e-mail right away. You can pay online in advance (iDEAL, Wero, Google Pay or Apple Pay) or on the day (cash or card). Only coaching/team building and your own activity are arranged with you personally first.
Frequently asked questions about booking
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Yes. The calendar only shows free days and times; once you confirm, your booking is in our calendar straight away and you receive a confirmation e-mail. Only coaching/team building and your own activity are requests that we arrange with you personally.
How far in advance can I book?
From two days ahead up to about four months ahead. Would you like to come sooner or later? Send us a message and we will see what is possible.
What if the weather is bad?
In bad weather the Meet & Feed and the picnic can take place in the barn: dry, but in the open air. Please wear suitable, warm clothing. In the event of really severe weather we will agree a new date together.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling or rescheduling is free of charge up to 48 hours in advance: send us a WhatsApp message or e-mail with your booking reference. If you cancel later or do not show up, we may charge the full amount. See also the terms and conditions for activities.
Can I bring my dog?
No, dogs are not allowed at any of our activities. Alpacas are prey animals and get stressed by dogs.
How do I pay?
You pay online in advance (iDEAL, Wero, Google Pay or Apple Pay) or on the day itself (cash or card). The price the calendar calculates from the number of people is the price you pay; only for coaching/team building and your own activity is the price agreed with you.
